Denver LoDo Area Company

This company was in the process of renovating an historic Denver building in LoDo when we were approached by the Architect to assist them. Among the solutions we provided were a building-wide Lutron lighting control system, conference room automation, a building-wide (including their rooftop deck) audio solution, automated window coverings, and A/V solutions for their gym, conference room and some key offices. Because of the building's unique architecture, which includes exposed brick walls and steel ceilings, we worked closely with the electrician to assure proper aesthetics for the lighting control and A/V prewire.

Denver River North Area Condominium Project

Littleton Condominium Project

RSI has been selected to design and provide optional packages for A/V including TV's and surround sound and home automation including lighting control and automated window coverings for this condominium project near Littleton's historic downtown district.

Downtown Denver Condominium Project

RSI was selected to design the low voltage A/V infrastructure for the units in this condo project, which was installed by the project's electrical subcontractor. We also provided the low voltage systems, including lighting control, home automation, motorized window coverings and audio/video for the Sales Office. RSI also designed several optional packages for the homeowners, including A/V, lighting control, automated window coverings and home automation.
